Terms & Conditions

By completing this payment, you agree:

•  The $100 deposit is non-refundable and secures one of the 25 Founding Gold Coil memberships.

•  Founding rate ($299/month + applicable taxes) is locked for the life of your continuous membership.

•  Membership is private and discretionary; The Roaring Pickup LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for any reason consistent with applicable law.

•  The Roaring Pickup is a private membership association. No public access. No alcohol sales — members may bring or enjoy personal beverages in compliance with Georgia law.

•  Deposit applies toward first month’s dues. Remaining balance due March 1, 2026 or official opening date which ever occurs first.

•  All sales final. No refunds or transfers. You may terminate your membership at any time with 30 day notice.
